Describe one positive change you have made in your life.
I’ve been adopting and changing habits little by little, day by day. I do a full skin care routine every morning, making sure I have a healthy fulfilling breakfast and meditation along with journaling. I do go on my phone but just to put some music on. I also read ten pages of a book.
I also try to get my steps in. I don’t get 10,000 but I do try and get as much as possible that I can!
