What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?
People seem to be obsessed with strategies for every single thing in their life. I don’t use strategy for anything. I get up and depending on the weather I go for a walk with my mum. If it’s raining we don’t go if it’s windy we can’t go because my mum can’t take the wind with her asthma. I meditate every morning if I can and I journal!
