What are your daily habits?
I’ve started going to bed early getting up at eight so I wake up first, then a big glass of water before I do anything and take it back to my room. Then I do my meditation while taking small sips of my water. After meditation I journal then I read a few chapters of my current reads. Finish my glass of water and go back into the kitchen and get a breakfast shake from the fridge (FUEL breakfast shake) and pour it into the same glass and add some Collagen powder into it. After that I go for a shower if I need one, then breakfast. Or a walk between the shake and breakfast if it’s good weather. Then I wash my face, fix my hair and get dressed then plan my day ahead!
