How do you practice self-care?

Glass of water first thing in the morning after I let my dog out then I meditate for 10 minutes using the Insight Timer app. Then I get my journaling done, make my bed wash my face and brush my teeth and hair. Then I go for my daily walk if the weather is good. (Don’t walk in the rain, you could catch a chill) then head home and have breakfast.
