How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?
I dont charge my phone beside me. Instead before I go to sleep I put it on charge at the other side of the room so when I wake up in the morning I’m not tempted to look at it first thing. I have my mindfulness journal on my bedside table to write in as soon as I get up in the morning and I don’t touch my phone for at least an hour and a half.
